Welcome to Boone!
We offer a spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths on the side of the mountain with lots of open spaces and a hot tub. There is also a separate Garage that has been converted into a game room.
The house is fully furnished and stocked with amenities. So you just need to bring your clothes with you (food is not supplied).
We will take care of the maintenance and utility bills (Electricity, Water, and Waste). so you can focus on getting settled and finding the house of your dreams.

The Area
The house is located 10 minutes from downtown Boone, in an incredible valley with mountain views. It’s also about 30 minutes from Beech Mountain and Sugar Mountain for those who are looking for a ski vacation. You can also hike on Grandfather Mountain or visit Blowing Rock.
